Mihan Aromatics Returns Policy

At Mihan Aromatics, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We want you to have the best experience possible with our fragrances. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.


1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, broken, or damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps to initiate a return or replacement:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@mihanaromatics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement product at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • If a replacement is issued, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • If damage is reported beyond the 7-day window, we may be unable to process a return or replacement.

  • Mihan Aromatics reserves the right to request additional information to assess the claim.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly for their return policies).

  • Discovery sets and sample products.

  • Limited edition or promotional products.

  • Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and details of the issue.

  • If confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out at no additional charge.


4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or faulty product.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.


6. Returning a Faulty Item

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

  • Mihan Aromatics will cover return shipping costs only for faulty or incorrect items.

  • Customers must ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.


7. Changes to Our Returns Policy

Mihan Aromatics reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
