Terms & Conditions – Mihan Aromatics

Welcome to Mihan Aromatics. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Returns & Refunds

Mihan Aromatics does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a defective or broken item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mihanaromatics.com with photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds will only be processed for faulty products and will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If a replacement is offered, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

  • If you fail to report a faulty item within 7 days, we may not be able to process your request.

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind or personal preference regarding fragrance suitability.

2. Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • Promo codes cannot be combined – Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to already discounted items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

  • Promotional discounts and offers are time-limited and subject to change at our discretion.

  • If a promotional code is not applied at checkout, we are unable to apply it retroactively to an order.

  • Mihan Aromatics reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are dispatched from our fulfillment center.

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method selected.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Mihan Aromatics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the courier directly or email us for further assistance.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

  • Mihan Aromatics strives to keep stock levels accurate, but availability is subject to change without notice.

  • Prices listed on our website are in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

  • If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide an option for a refund or alternative product.

  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order before processing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, logos, and branding on the Mihan Aromatics website, is the intellectual property of Mihan Aromatics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
